Ortigas tops-off Majorca Residences at Circulo Verde
Circulo Verde, flagship riverside development of Ortigas & Company, prepares for the 2012 turnover of its first residential building, Majorca Residences. In a topping off ceremony held 25 September, buyers, executives, and partners of Ortigas & Company gathered to take part in the completion of the building’s structural works.

Majorca Residences at Circulo Verde is a proud development of Ortigas & Company, which has 80 years of experience in real estate development and shopping center management—makers of longstanding residential developments Valle Verde, Greenmeadows, and Greenhills Subdivisions as well as Greenhills Shopping Center and Tiendesitas.

Major Residences is an 11-storey mid-rise building that offers a spectacular view of the Sierra Madre Mountains, as well as the Ortigas and Makati skylines. Designed to become a home for couples, empty nesters, and starting families, Majorca features function rooms, a children’s’ playground, a swimming pool, and access to Circulo Verde’s vast open space.

As a low-density development, Majorca Residences promises both privacy and a sense of community, with spaces dedicated to retail and lounging. Circulo Verde towers are made to carry a Sky Garden--patches of green space found in a number of floors for residents who dream of having a backyard.

Majorca Residences was officially launched last 2009 and sold out after a year in the market. It is the first of the 15 buildings to rise at Circulo Verde, followed by the Ibiza Tower. To date, Ortigas & Company has set the motion for the construction of its third and fourth towers, Seville and Lleida, respectively. The fifth tower will be unveiled in May 2012.
